1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use uno4g services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. uno4g strictly enforces this age restriction to prevent underage gambling. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. uno4g reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through our KYC verification process. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the legal age will be immediately suspended, all bets will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned minus any winnings obtained while underage.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

uno4g services are designed for and marketed to residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and when accessing uno4g services. You must not access or use uno4g services from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing online gambling in your place of residence.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal disability, restriction, or prohibition that would prevent you from lawfully participating in online gambling activities. You represent that you are not acting on behalf of any third party when using uno4g services.

3.4 Exclusions and Restrictions

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from registering an account or using uno4g services:

• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from uno4g or any other gambling platform
• Individuals with a history of fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or chargebacks related to online gambling
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of uno4g or its affiliated entities
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted
• Individuals who have been prohibited from gambling by court order or legal authority

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Account Creation

To use uno4g services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian identity documents), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred payment details. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify uno4g customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. uno4g will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

uno4g is required to verify the identity of all players to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud. You will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting clear copies of valid identification documents including Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi), or Indonesian passport, as well as proof of address if requested. KYC verification is typically required before processing your first withdrawal, though uno4g reserves the right to request verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

uno4g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity, or at your own request. Upon account closure, you will be entitled to withdraw any remaining balance in your account, minus any bonuses or promotional credits, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. uno4g is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure decisions.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uno4g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a variety of Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for most payment methods. Deposits are typically credited to your uno4g account instantly or within minutes of confirmation. uno4g does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your uno4g account are from legitimate sources and legally owned by you. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or joint accounts are prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2-15 minutes for verified accounts during peak hours (WIB business hours) and up to 2 hours during off-peak times. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. uno4g reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

uno4g maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in accordance with international standards. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal requests will be processed. Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without placing bets may be flagged as suspicious activity and subject to investigation. uno4g reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately frozen and funds will be held pending investigation.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier status. Bronze tier members can withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, Silver tier up to Rp 75.000.000, Gold tier up to Rp 100.000.000, Platinum tier up to Rp 150.000.000, and Diamond tier players have significantly higher limits. Black Diamond VIP members may request custom withdrawal arrangements through their dedicated account manager. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may also apply depending on your account status and verification level.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on uno4g are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error or as permitted by specific game rules. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirmation. uno4g is not liable for errors made by players when placing bets.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to official results as declared by the relevant governing bodies or leagues. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or canceled events will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, Mix Parlay, and other bet types are subject to specific rules detailed in the respective betting markets. Settlement of bets is based on the final score at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).

6.3 Live Casino and Table Games

Live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Game outcomes are determined by live dealers and physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice). In the event of technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will continue and be settled according to the actual outcome. Your bet will stand, and winnings or losses will be credited or debited accordingly. Video replays are available for dispute resolution purposes.

6.4 Slot Games and RNG Games

All slot games and RNG-based casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested by international authorities to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers provided by uno4g are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum odds requirements, and maximum bet limits. Bonus terms are provided at the time of the offer and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 3x to 10x the bonus amount depending on the promotion. 7.4 VIP Program

The uno4g VIP program operates on a tiered structure from Bronze to Black Diamond based on monthly turnover. VIP benefits include cashback, faster withdrawals, birthday bonuses, and dedicated account managers. VIP tier status is recalculated monthly and may increase or decrease based on your betting activity. uno4g reserves the right to modify VIP program terms, benefits, and tier requirements at any time with notice to affected members.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Using uno4g services if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or system errors for financial gain
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or laundering money through uno4g
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uno4g staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access uno4g source code or proprietary systems

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and possible legal action. uno4g reserves the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with uno4g services is to cease using the platform and close your account.

uno4g is not responsible for third-party services including payment processors, banks, e-wallet providers, or internet service providers. Delays or failures caused by third parties are beyond our control. uno4g makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability or error-free operation of the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the uno4g platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of uno4g or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use uno4g services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from uno4g without express written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaints Procedure

12.2 Escalation and Arbitration

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer support team, you may request escalation to senior management for further review. uno4g's decision on disputed matters will be final and binding. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to waive your right to pursue legal action in court and agree to resolve disputes through arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which uno4g operates. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of uno4g services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction. 14. Amendments and Updates

uno4g reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and uno4g regarding your use of our services. These terms supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations whether written or oral.
